Job Summary
The University of Kentucky, Department of Educational Leadership Studies is seeking an Administrative Support Associate I to provide administrative and clerical assistance to the department chair and faculty.

Key position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Entering department courses in SAP Campus Management
  • Maintaining department records
  • Preparing departmental reports
  • Maintaining department budget (Includes all funding sources (i.e.: state, gift, grants, income, etc.) and required payroll spreadsheets
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting to chair/director and faculty
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record maintenance to assist in the reconciliation process
  • Managing faculty effort allocation (DOE) within Effort Planning System
  • Placing office supply orders for the department

Additionally, this position is responsible for processing cash/check, collaborating with fiscal team to originate, preparing and processing UK financial forms such as SAG, PRD, JV, etc., managing PRD and SRM payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy, collaborating with budget analysts regarding sending new invitations to vendors using Payment Works system and monitor workflow, using Concur System to process travel for the department, and maintaining and reconciling the office procurement card and purchases according to University standards through the Concur System.
