EMEA Network Trainer

We are looking for a motivated Network Trainer who plays a pivotal role in ensuring that training solutions are effectively developed and implemented for the Service Logistics (SL) EMEA operational network.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including Project Managers and Area Logistics Managers, to ensure operational standards are met.
Build strong relationships across departments to identify and address training needs.
Support warehouse operations to ensure smooth functionality.
Partner with customers to create and implement customized training solutions, including classroom sessions and online trainings.
Deliver effective training courses on our order management systems and tools to meet internal and customer requirements.
Requirements:
Proven background in training development and delivery, ideally within logistics or supply chain.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
Ability to customize training materials for diverse learning styles.
Proficient in training tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, additional EMEA language knowledge is a plus.
Willingness to travel within EMEA.
