THE POSITION
The Summer Camp Coordinator is responsible for assisting with day-to-day logistics of summer camp programming at the Guthrie Theater, and to provide administrative support to help bolster the productivity, efficiency and overall effectiveness of the Guthrie Education and Professional Training department. Responsible for several key operations and activities, the Summer Camp Coordinator leads the check-in and check-out process at the beginning and end of each day, communicating directly with care givers, students and staff to ensure camper safety. The Summer Camp Coordinator supports teaching artists and counselors with programming, space and resource needs and offers support for students throughout their summer camp experience. The position is full-time, hourly and non-exempt and will work from May 5, 2025, through August 22, 2025. The typical schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. This role is required to work flexible hours/days, including evenings and weekends, reflective of the dynamic schedule of the theater.
