Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our physical therapists and ensuring an excellent experience for our patients. This position is perfect for college students with a background in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field—especially those interested in physical therapy, athletic training, or rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with prescribed exercises under the guidance of a physical therapist
  • Educate and ensure proper form, technique, and equipment use for exercises
  • Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient use
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including wiping down equipment and keeping the gym area safe
  • Provide encouragement and support to patients throughout their rehab process
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
  • College student with coursework in exercise science, kinesiology, biology, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience using gym/fitness equipment and an understanding of exercise mechanics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with patients and staff
  • Dependable, organized, and proactive in assisting the clinical team
  • CPR certification
