Financial Management:

• Collect, tally, reconcile, and maintain records of cash from field and counter staff.

• Ensure daily deposits to company bank accounts and timely CMM module updates.

• Coordinate with regional accounts on retail, COD, and custom duty outstanding.

Operational Support:

• Assist in daily inbound/outbound operations and monitor regulatory paperwork.

• Ensure adherence to operational workflows and safe handling of shipments.

• Support exception case management, including regulatory issues and priority shipments.

• Conduct training for regular staff and service providers (e.g., PDAs).
