As an PHP developer for our portal, you will be at the heart of creating robust, scalable APIs & solutions that power our global services. You will provide day-to-day support and help investigate and resolve incidents that were not resolved in lower support levels. Sometimes, issues might get tricky, and this is where cooperation on troubleshooting with other development and support teams will come into play. When it comes to API bugs, PHP code delivery, performance issues, and other challenges related to our portal, collaborating with our team and communicating effectively is key.

For any issues related to API development, PHP code delivery, integration, and performance within our portal, you are our superhero. The same applies when it comes to managing, proposing, and implementing all necessary changes to our APIs and frontend, ensuring global availability and reliability of our services.

Last but not least, security practices associated with API development, including authentication, authorization, and data protection, are all in your support league.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Good knowledge of PHP (PHP 8.0 at least)
  • Good knowledge of Nette framework
  • Good knowledge of MySQL database (knowledge of MSSQL and Teradata is advantage)
  • Knowledge of Linux OS
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (knowledge of Node.js is advantage)
  • Good knowledge of GIT
  • Knowledge of integration of REST and SOAP API
  • Experiences with development of REST API

You are a web and API development aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of related technologies. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
