Nephron is currently working on research and development projects that include over 50 new products. The company's longstanding relationships with major drug wholesalers allow us to distribute our products to retail pharmacies, mail order pharmacies, hospitals, home care companies, and long term care facilities. Nephron has a sales force that covers all fifty states and Puerto Rico, with additional sales channels throughout South America, the Middle East, and Europe. Position Summary:

Assure the cleanliness and Maintenance of all classified areas

Primary Accountabilities:

• Organize and Manage Sterile team personnel
• Periodically Review Batch Records, SOP`s, NCR`s and CAPA`s
• Manage and oversee training of new hires and existing employees
• Participate in new project development
• Review all personnel issues, including documented training, attendance, etc
• Perform scheduled maintenance of all clean rooms

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• AA degree required. BS preferred

· Previous experience in supervision preferred

· Specific expertise, skills and knowledge within formulation gained through education and experience.

· A well-developed knowledge of the consumer/customer demonstrated through continuous efforts to exceed their expectations.

· The ability to utilize knowledge of the competition to determine business strategies and decisions.
