Overview

What We’re Looking For
As a Senior Program Manager at CyberPoint, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing complex programs, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring successful execution across multiple teams. You’ll be responsible for managing program timelines, budgets, and resources, while also collaborating with key stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.

Required Education:

  • Master of Business and Management (MBM), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a Master’s degree in a related technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics) and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Project Management: Minimum 7-10 years of experience managing complex projects in an IT engineering or big data environment, or MS plus 5 years.
  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Program Management Methodologies: At least 5 years of experience managing projects using non-traditional methodologies (e.g., Agile) in environments such as big data, AI/MLOps, and DevSecOps.
  • Government/DoD Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a military or government environment, focusing on project management, engineering, or computer science.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Ability to track and report aggregated personnel utilization and budget usage across the Search portfolio.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with CDAO members and DoD cross-organizational stakeholders.

Certifications:

  • Active certification in one of the following:
    • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP)
    • Or an equivalent project/program management certification.
