As WMC enters its "Era of Measurement", the Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Insights - Display Ads role will drive transparency and accountability on the growth and development of Display Ads through data driven insights. This role will serve as a senior-level thought partner to Directors, VPs and above on high-visibility projects, and reports into centralized insights team within Business Operations and creates value through actionable insights.

What you'll do...
• Act as the subject matter expert on Display Ads business performance, leading the analyses and insights on day-to-day performance while identifying key underlying drivers
• Create frameworks and help quantify the opportunities, risks and other success metrics related to all aspects of our Display ads business (e.g. Onsite & Offsite)
• Serve as an insights-driven thought partner to our Product team as well as all other XFN leaders that help support the growth of Walmart's ads business
• Lead regular and ad hoc Display focused business reviews and presentations with cross functional stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Own all Display-related analytical projects and recommendations on how to best grow the business, including conducting deep dives and other ad hoc analysis as needed. Deliverables also include leading business review deep dives with WMC leadership teams at the SVP/VP levels and providing fact-based narratives and commentary.

What you'll bring:
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business or STEM and 5 or more years relevant work experience. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Previous analytics or consulting/strategy experience with familiarity with complex data sets preferred. Media & Advertising, eCommerce, CPG/retail background highly preferred.
• Possesses strong critical thinking skills, business acumen and has demonstrated success in story-telling with data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, ability to manage both senior stakeholders cross-functional projects to deliver recommendations in a timely manner.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with proficiency in SQL, PowerBI/Tableau preferred.
• Superb attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
