Role Purpose
The Sales Manager for the Western Region is responsible for leading business growth and quality of sales service, in which he/she must promote satisfactory service standards for existing customers as well as increase the customer base and sales volume for the region. He/she is also responsible for the management of the Account Executives.
Main Responsibilities
· Building a successful team: Building a highly skilled sales team. Creating an environment that promotes learning, development, and open communication to enhance DHL 's capabilities and achieve strategic vision.
· Building relationships for success: Understanding and strengthening authentic cross-functional cooperation and collaboration arrangements to build relationships that deliver long-term mutual benefit.
· Perform master data analysis and planning: Understand the importance of periodic data analysis to achieve short- and long-term goals. Focus on activities designed to achieve business goals and exceed customer expectations.
· Understanding the customer well: knowing all aspects of the customer's activity and needs in order to develop solutions that satisfy them and allow you to maintain their loyalty
· Demonstrate product, organizational and network knowledge: Demonstrate a credible level of knowledge of our products, services and organization to provide our customers with appropriate solutions
Qualifications
Professional in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade or related fields.
Experience
With intermediate-advanced knowledge of the English language.
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in the commercial/sale. With knowledge in foreign trade, sales point management and operations management.
