Description
Leidos is currently seeking an HR Director to join our best-in-class HR team to provide HR leadership and support to the CHRO and the Human Resources organization.
The HR Director will lead Human Resources for the Human Resources function, enterprise-wide. This is the “HR-for-HR” role, an exceptional opportunity to work with senior HR leaders in executing our Leidos People Strategy and supporting the global human resources team.
The HR Director will lead the design and delivery of talent solutions for the HR function, and will contribute to creating solutions to better attract, retain, develop and deploy talent to support enterprise performance and growth. The position requires building strong working relationships with senior leaders and utilizing strong business acumen and leadership to provide effective consultation, advice, planning, and execution. Talent development (including leader development), organizational design, and change management are areas of high priority. The role also requires collaboration with many business functions in shaping HR solutions. The HR Director will manage one early career HRBP and will function in a “one team” environment, leveraging peers and other HR talent, while also supporting cross-functional initiatives and projects. The HR Director will proactively diagnose business needs and implement solutions to continually improve organizational performance. The position will also serve as a key leader within the Enterprise Functions HR Team, reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources for Enterprise Functions.
