Job Summary

Job Title: Assistant Director-Student Recruitment

Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Job Description Coordinate and participate in activities involved in the recruitment and selection of student applicants for admission. Implement recruiting and admission plans and programs. Analyze qualifications of prospective students utilizing established admissions standards, guidelines and criteria. Correspond and/or meet with prospective students, applicants, and others seeing information on admissions standards, academic and non-academic programs, and student activities. Determine appropriate recruitment event attendance. Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends, and appropriate recommendations or conclusions. Telecommuting is permissible. (NOTE: This is NOT an Educational Administrator position, notwithstanding the job title. No responsibility for setting recruitment policies or admissions standards. Only responsible for implementing them.)

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field + 2 years of experience as an Assistant Director-Student Recruitment or working with students in a higher education setting.

Offered salary: $60,007 per year.
