Position Title:
Customer Service Representative (Spanish Required)
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline representative and voice of Pharma Logistics, dedicated to ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to build positive relationships with our customers by delivering outstanding service and support.

Compensation Range and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $19.00-20.000 USD hourly. Actual rate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, Pharma Logistics' business and organizational needs, as well as an individual's relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and/or performance.

Group life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance. 14 days of paid time off, Hybrid schedule, along with major holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day). 401k with 3% company contribution after 1 year of service.
