Overview

What We’re Looking For
As a Senior System Engineer at CyberPoint, you will work to secure operations of cloud infrastructure, platforms, and software, including the installation, maintenance, and improvement of cloud computing environments. The Sr System Engineer will also oversee operation and maintenance of Trellix ePO for cloud endpoint security.

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Developing solutions for automating the deployment of secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Deployment and operations of Trellix/McAfee NSP, ATD, ePO, and Private Global Threat Intelligence (pGTI) platforms for multiple environments.
  • Deploy and manage comprehensive NSP/IPS architecture to support real-time security monitoring operations.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • U.S Citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
  • A Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related professional engineering discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Linux.
  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • Shall have a minimum of Twenty (20) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
  • Certification: IAT II
  • Skills/Technologies
    • Splunk, Trellix EPO, security center Tenable, raptor & Gitlab
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be reliable, professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
