• Lead multi customer operations within the site
• Drive and implement strategic initiatives 
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external
• Maintain location and inventory accuracy
• Drive site budgets and P&L accountability

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

• Extensive experience within Supply Chain/Logistics
• Strong site management experience, including facilities 
• Exceptional end to end knowledge of Supply Chain Operation within a 3PL environment
• Excellent people management and influencing skills 
• Commercial acumen 
• Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Experience with WMS systems
