Responsibilities:Â
1. Provide customer oriented service to fulfil and exceed customer’s requirements and expectation                                       Â
2. Handle, follow up operations issues and customer request. Review operational issues with customers and establishing best-practices. Â
                                       Â
3. Assist Customers for continuous improvement based on DHL value propositionsÂ
       Â
4. Coordinate with all teams to ensure meeting customer SOP, accurate and timely billing, and achieving KPI performance targets  Â
                                      Â
5. Compile SOP / KPI / data analysis reports required by customers/management                   Â
6. Introduce best practices operational performance implementations based on SOP and logistics experience.
7. Coordinates with overseas offices for customer review                                           Â
8. Ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoice accordingly to tariff
9. Work with regional teams such as BD / pricing / solutions to follow APAC contract/service agreement
10. Connect with internal product team for customer quotation / tariffÂ
 Â
11.Coordinate quotation of other ports in East China
Requirements:
1. Fluent & professional in English writing & speakingÂ
                                       Â
2. Professional Diploma required and academic degree preferredÂ
                           Â
3. Minimum of 5 years experience in Logistics/Air Freight Industry (Especially airline quotation experience)Â Â
                     Â
4. Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
                           Â
5. Independent, energetic and responsible
                                               Â
6. Good team player and customer focus
                                                 Â
7. Proficient in PC operations knowledge, e.g. Ms Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
