Paradigm is hiring a Senior Manager of Strategy and Execution. The Senior Manager Strategy and Execution is responsible for oversight and management of the business unit’s strategic programs and projects. This position will lead multiple projects/programs simultaneously and direct facilitating all aspects of the project/program, including scope, cost/benefit analysis, written proposal, budgets, and schedule to implementation. Projects/Programs assigned are complex, have cross Business Units impact, are broad in scope, and are typically related to core business strategic objectives. The Business Program Manager will also assist in developing, establishing, and maintaining project/program management standards and procedures for Clinical Solution’s business unit and Strategy and Execution Department. The Business Program Manager will also help lead the development of annual strategic plans for the Clinical Solution’s business unit and individual departments as needed. The Business Program Manager will also support project portfolio management processes to define, prioritize, and select strategic projects for completion.
