Senior Accountant
(Hybrid)

In this Senior Accountant role you will:
Perform accounting processes in scope for the respective country and/or region like month end, reconciliations, fixed assets accounting etc.
Manage updates and maintenance of the period end and year end closing schedules for the countries in scope
Incorporate changes in accounting standards, reporting requirements, and regulatory standards on existing and new transactions
Conduct financial analysis and reporting to identify trends and variances.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Coordinate and support the annual audit process.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
Design Accounting solutions that reflect best practices and will work across multiple business units
Analyse Accounting activities to identify trends and areas for improvement and implement enhancement
Manages cash flow, working capital requirements and bank relationships
Deliver the processes in scope to the agreed KPI requirements and support performance management
Now, here’s what we need from you:
Previous experience in accounting (min. 3 years)
Passion and drive for work, learning and developing yourself
Fluent Hungarian and intermediate English
