Our Finance Operations team supports our group in all financial activities, e.g. regarding accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and corporate treasury. These include asset accounting, intercompany alignment, active collecting, customs invoicing, profit and loss accounting and payment factory for DHL Group.

Our HR Services run e.g. the payroll for more than 350.000 employees within DHL Group working in 28 countries across the globe. They also offer time & attendance management, employee data administration and reporting, travel & expense processing and other services.

We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose:

Develop and administer communication plans and processes to positively and accurately represent company's / service line’s operations, merits, products, services, and image to targeted audiences in line with business objectives, stakeholder requirements, Group guidelines and policies.

Your tasks:

  • Coordinate communication processes and specify communication programs in the areas of media relations, internal communication, branding and public relations, in line with overall DHL Group guidelines.
  • Work closely with respective Managers and Team Leaders to ensure necessary communication is executed in a timely manner.
  • Plan and organize necessary engagements as a form of engagement and communication.
  • Assist and coordinate with respective Management teams both internal and Global to develop communication strategies.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and investment contents.
  • Prioritize and coordinate to obtain maximum exposure of appropriate key media messages.
  • Develop and formulate contents for regular channels, such as newsletters, e-zones, e-mail bulletins, etc. as required.
  • Support Employee Opinion Survey (manage invitations, communication and result preparation).
  • Consolidate and implement all plans for modifications, improvements and new communication processes, systems, standards and policies, etc.
  • Prepare Service Performance Reviews. Ensure standardized formats across the region and accurate depiction of contents.
  • Support Management with design of key stakeholder presentations.
  • Create a communication strategy that is appealing to key stakeholders.
  • Implement comprehensive marketing communication plans for internal and external in a precise effective manner, including, but not limited to, writing, editing, obtaining approvals, partnering with the HRS team in assisting on projects.
  • Participate in management and team project implementation, when requested.
  • Independently obtain necessary knowledge and skills needed to keep up with technology and changing roles.
  • Coordinate the development of trainings as necessary.
  • Develop formats suitable for all regions such as interesting career stories, voice of the customer stories, AI/digitalization success stories, learning nuggets for townhalls etc.

Your profile:

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification, preferably in PR, Communication, Marketing.

Experience Level

  • More than 4 years.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of all channel disciplines, including Media, PR, Social, Experiential, Multicultural, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office products (ideally O365).
  • Highly accomplished in presentation and layout design.
