We are looking for a Aviation Commercial Professional Billingbased in Hong Kong. The purpose of this role is to provide support for the billing of our Aviation Commercial team and ensuring a high quality billing service.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
Perform daily billing, audit billing data and correct billing discrepancies.
Perform daily overview at close of business for tonnage and revenue for the day.
Issue pre-invoice, invoices, and billing adjustments in accordance to invoicing calendars.
Perform root cause analysis and suggest improvement initiatives within Global and Regional standards.
Ensure billing practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and their corrections for monthly reporting and audit purposes.
Perform regular self-assessment of billing processes and records.
Process CASS invoices in the IATA CASS platform.
Support the team supervisor or manager on finance operations, reporting, and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
Minimum 3 years of work experience in billing process.
Proficiency in MS Windows and Office 365 applications; advanced skills for MS Excel, Powerpoint, and TEAMS.
Knowledge in ERP system (SAP), Cognos and Data Analytic tools (Power BI) is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem solving skills - sensitive to numbers, spots anomalies and discrepancies, identify trends
Fluent in English, written & spoken. (Other languages a benefit)
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Has good formal presentation skills, communicates ideas in clear, concise, and logical manner to all levels. Understands and uses business language
Responds positively to changing requirements, adapts to changing priorities, & motivated to understand business needs
