Oceanfreight&Airfreight Team Leader - Bursa - Military veterans preferred

Job Purpose

• Leads Oceanfreight and Airfreight operations teams in Bursa branch in all aspects to ensure flawless services and enable best customer experience.
• Responsible for Bursa Branch’s OFR and AFR P&L and GP growth.
• Manages customer and business retention including customer quotations, shipment visibility, reporting, irregularity & claim process management and KPI measurement.
• Closely collaborates with all DHL network, airports, stations, sales&marketing teams and all stakeholders.
• Coaches the team to support their growth and ensures employee engagement.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of freight forwarding experience
• Extensive knowledge of AFR and OFR operations including pricing

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced level in English&Turkish (verbal&written)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong leadership and communicaiton skills
• Commercial mindset with customer oriented can do spirit
• Residence in Bursa
• No military service obligation (for male candidates)
