Job Summary:

The ACT Team Lead establishes, administers and directs the program of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), a self-contained clinical team which assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified participants with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness. They also supervise and evaluate the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with the appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence to the participants. The ACT Team Leader functions as a practicing clinician on the team.

Qualifications:

ACT Team Lead must be independently licensed or certified according to Kentucky Medicaid Regulations.
