About the role:
We are looking for a Process Supervisor; this is a key supervisory role within the National Hub reporting directly to the Process Manager. You will have the ability to work and manage the operation through your own team of warehouse operatives and have the flexibility to cover all areas within the hub operation.
This role will ensure the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within the various sortation areas of the National Hub operation in accordance with the individual work area requirements. You will promote an engaging working culture with high priority given to work place safety and operational efficiency.
This position will be 45 hours per week across five shifts.
