ITS, LLC. is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Alexandria, VA! The successful candidate will support a high performing team of Government and Contractor professionals to monitor, analyze, aggregate, and deliver – All-source information, analysis, tasking, and decision support information to senior decision makers in support of the Space Warfighting Mission. The candidate will be pivotal in supporting the tactical and operational intelligence analysis needs of senior decision makers. The successful candidate will have experience with All-source and space intelligence, intel collection requests, operational sensor tasking, and the Space Warfighting mission. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated the ability to operate in a dynamic and high energy environment with constantly changing taskings and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Intermediate professional with practical knowledge of the job area. Works under moderate supervision to set objectives for own job area.
- Communicates with contacts inside and outside their own team to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures.
- Identifies and addresses changes within job area.
- Works to achieve operational targets with impact on departmental results.
- Works under moderate supervision.
- Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects or assignments.
- Sets objectives for own job area to meet the goals of projects and assignments.
- May provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals and/or support-level employees.
- Conducting research and analysis on counter-space threats and associated vulnerabilities to support systems.
- Entering Data into intelligence-derived internal use products and tools covering adversary Order of Battle (OOB), status, and disposition of forces.
- Determining relevant Indications and warnings associated with threat systems and distinguishing between exercise/training activities and potential real-world operations/applications.
- Generating a daily Intelligence and Operations Summary briefing that conveys the current global situation, national security priorities, counter-space threats, GEOSPATIAL intelligence, foreign launch activity, adversary weapons characterizations, and other information.
- Developing Weekly Intelligence Summaries and Activity Reports.
- Managing the Operations Highlight process in support of daily Intelligence and Operations Summary briefing, monthly all-hands, and Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs) Support.
- Joint Targeting Working Groups/ Coordination Boards as needed.
- Generating and managing intelligence collection and analysis requests through Space Collections Working Group, SOCC Sensor Collection Request, National MASINT Requirements System, COLISEUM, or similar requests.
- Experience with the following intelligence tools:
- FADE/MIST
- DIA Tool Suite
- NGA Tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Space intel analysis experience
- All-Source analysis experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective organization-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Education/Experience:
- 2 years post-secondary/ associate degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience or
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience or
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience
Clearance Requirement:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly
