Senior Analyst I (Executive Coordinator)

Job Summary

The Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP) Administration and Program Management Support Services (APMSS) program provides administrative, analytical, and technical expertise to support OBP's mission of mitigating Improvised Explosive Device (IED) threats and enhancing national security. Through this program, personnel contribute to operational efficiency, knowledge sharing, and strategic alignment to achieve OBP's critical objectives.

The Executive Coordinator provides logistical and administrative support for communication and outreach strategies, ensuring stakeholder alignment and actionable deliverables.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and review of program content.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, communication plans, and outreach efforts.
  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to align deliverables with strategic objectives.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of administrative and analytical support experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience supporting communication strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage logistics and stakeholder coordination effectively.
  • Experience working within an Executive Secretariat Team preferred.
  • Experience in national security, interagency collaboration, and operational efficiency preferred.


Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Normal office environment.


Hours of Operation

Generally perform all work between the hours of 0800 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays). However, there may be occasions when the employee shall be required to work other than normal business hours, including weekends and holidays, to fulfill requirements under this contract.


Travel Requirements

Up to 10%. Travel to Huntsville Alabama, USA, or 1110 North Glebe Road, Alexandria, VA 22201 may be required to support this requirement.
