We are looking for a Security Assistant (Jr. Level) in NAS Patuxent River, MD.


SUMMARY:


Daily onsite security support services to government enhanced security facilities and requiring organizations. The Contractor shall support the execution of security functions required to meet DoD, Navy, and NAVAIR policy and requirements. These duties may include personnel access requests, visit requests, facility access control, implementation of facility standard operating procedures, completing various security briefs (indoctrinations, debriefs, annual refresher), managing and conducting inventories, completing documentation required for facility accreditation, classified information reviews, media control procedures, and other duties as they arise in support of the enhanced security environment. The Contractor shall engage with a wide range of customers across the DoD.


**CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under close supervision, SCI and SAP support secure facility access and administration.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of at least one (1) year of relevant experience in a security or administrative field.
  • TS/SCI Clearance required

Working knowledge of:

· NAVAIR Corporate Applications

· Defense Information Security System (DISS)

· Base Access Security Information Control System (Basics II)

· NAVY Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

· Government Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites

· Government developed databases
