Program Manager - Military veterans preferred

Intrepid Global Solutions (Intrepid) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Program Manager to join our National Security, Engineering, and Technology Solutions (NSETS) business unit. This position will serve as a key member of the NSETS business unit leadership team and will be responsible for a 150 FTE team providing facility management services supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).

The Program Manager will have overall program management responsibilities ensuring program health in scope, financials, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, customer satisfaction, and contract growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Overall program management of the 150 FTE personnel
• Monitoring cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs
• Ensuring program is staffed with qualified personnel
• Overseeing the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and programs
• Ensuring that management and contract reports are accurate before submission
• Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the supervisor and staff.
• Provide a variety of administrative support in reviewing and maintaining project documentation and deliverables to the customer, editing documentation, providing public works and work management support in service order dispatching, and coordinating reporting and work order activity.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field from an accredited university
• 10 years of experience in project management
• 5 years of experience supporting facility management services
• 5 years or experience supporting the Intelligence Community
• Successful track record of leading and managing programs in similar scope areas

Desired Qualifications:

• PMP certification

CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
