POSITION SUMMARY


We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our innovative Construction team. This position is full-time. Travel will be required in the regional area of Amery, WI.

The Heavy Equipment Mechanic position involves maintenance of company equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze malfunctions and repairs
  • Repair, and maintain asphalt and aggregate equipment

BENEFITS

Starting wage $28-40/hour +overtime depending on experience. Competitive benefit and retirement program including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Paid time off and holidays available.



Position Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license, CDL preferred
  • Experience in all phases of heavy construction equipment repair preferred
  • Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Ability to listen and take direction
  • Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees
