Job Purpose:
The role is to oversee the development and maintenance of local SAP S/4HANA solutions and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner and maintained effectively. This includes working with content solution owners and developers globally, coordinating issue resolution and analysis, and assisting with solution quality reviews. In addition, the role includes supporting cross-site teamwork, providing regular status reports, assisting with operational and administrative tasks and dealing with ad-hoc requests quickly and efficiently.

Your tasks:

• Develop content for and maintain SAP S/4HANA local solutions in a timely manner
• Collaborate and work with content solution owners and developers worldwide
• Assist in the coordination and consolidation of issue handling, analyzing, and tracking
• Provide support for the solution quality verifications
• Support the team with cross-location topics
• Prepare regular status reports
• Support management in operational and administrative matters
• Deal with ad-hoc requests of any kind

Your profile:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in international environment
• Experience in full lifecycle implementation projects
• Strong customizing/configuration skills
• Solid SAP S/4HANNA knowledge
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
• Experience in content development or engineering processes
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-location organization.
• Advanced English
• Min. B2 - German language
