Position Overview:
The Business & Enterprise Division at The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown invites applications for one full-time tenure track Assistant Professor ranked position in Management, with an expected start date of Fall 2025. Priority will be given to applicants with backgrounds in business strategy, operations, logistics, supply chain, and/or project management.
Qualifications:
We are seeking individuals with a doctorate in Business Administration or Management or a related discipline from an accredited university (ABD candidates with a clear completion timeline will be considered).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Tenure track full-time faculty at Pitt-Johnstown are asked to teach a 4+4 teaching load, maintain an active research agenda/portfolio, engage in division/university service, and advise/mentor students. Availability to teach day and evening classes is preferred.

Interested applicants should include their curriculum vitae, statement of teaching philosophy, and a detailed letter of interest. The letter should indicate the applicant’s academic credentials, relevant managerial and/or professional expertise, and any prior teaching experience. Also include the most recent two semesters of teaching evaluations, a recent refereed journal publication, and contact information for three professional references. Those complete applications received before February 1, 2025, will receive first consideration.
