Bestica is hiring for Program Analyst to provide services at Wright Patterson Air Force Base located in Dayton, OH – ONSITE.

Description of services: Employee shall aid in research for the Human Effectiveness Directorate (RH), Air and Space Biosciences Division 711 HPW/RHB, Biomedical Impact of Flight Branch (RHBF). The Air and Space Biosciences Division is an international center for research and technology evaluation in hazard mitigation, public health, contingency operations, performance enhancement, human systems integration, and clinical aerospace medicine disciplines including aeromedical evacuation. The division’s branches provide research and consultative capability for aeromedical, chemical, biological, and radiological health hazard needs, as well as research for the biomedical impact of flight. The research supports Air Force Medical Service research interests by creating high-performance, integrated systems for individualized, operations- enhancing health readiness. The Employee shall provide direct support to the Defense Health Program (DHP) Medical Human Performance (HP) Program, Product Line Lead and Lead Program Manager to include the R&D Support Programs personnel and laboratories that carryout the medical HP research mission. employee assistance under this Advisory and Assistance Services task order shall be for use by 711HPW at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • The employee shall possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a business, management, data analytics, science, or technical field.
  • The employee shall possess at least 2 years of demonstrated experience in project analyst role within a research, development, and/or product testing work environment.
  • The employee shall have experience to demonstrate the ability to synthesis quantitative and qualitative program /project data to inform briefings and reports for higher level leadership.
  • The employee shall have demonstrated experience with applied technical skills in using computer hardware/software and IT applications.
  • The employee shall possess advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency in developing and managing spreadsheets, databases, tables, graphs, and processing large amounts of data.
  • The employee shall demonstrate the ability to implement records management skills to include establishing/maintaining order and systems for program/project data; and ensuring compliance with regulation requirements.
  • The employee shall have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place based on the potential access to confidential, proprietary, and/or sensitive information. The NDA shall be provided to the Government Program Manager by start of performance.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in the areas of business administration, public administration, project management, data management, systems engineering, computer engineering, information systems, computer science, and/or technical field.
  • Experience with electronic Program Management systems or applications.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) environment.
