HGV Class 2 Driver Immediate Start - Military veterans preferred

Pay Rate: £38,110.80 + £3,000 Per Year Multi Drop Premium
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Various shift patterns available 10 hour days (Start times vary between 4am and 8am)
Location: Allington - ME16 0LE

5 on 3 off

Weekend (Either Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will be:

• Delivering products to store on roll cages but some heavy lifting will be involved.
• There can be up to 7 deliveries per day.
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving License (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Class 2 HGV driving experience 2 Years Plus (desirable)
• Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
