Our team is looking for a Senior Devops Engineer which provide L2 and L3 support for Global BU Critical service SPARK and ensure that all agreed targets, SLA's and Metrics are met. You need to have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and CSM best practices. Also, experience with REST and SOAP integrations, as well as third-party API integrations is expected. You are also expected to have strong analysis skills and be independent in supporting the system and provide support to the team. Lastly, you need are able to lead new initiatives and bring new ideas to help improve the supportability of the system.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, having Linux, DB, mid server and leadership skill is a huge plus. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure.
