Description
Leidos is seeking an E-Discovery Project Manager to work in support of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and will have a management team that encourages your career development and growth.
This role is fully remote, but only candidates in the Washington, DC area will be considered.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manager with primary responsibility for all support provided to a particular case, group of cases, or a particular task order.
May be responsible for more than one active case at a time; a caseload of six to ten "moderately active, moderately-sized" cases are typical, with several of the cases possibly in the discovery and/or document review stage, one case in trial, several in the deposition preparation/witness binder stage, etc. Extremely large or active cases may reduce the number of other cases handled by a Project Manager.
Government's primary point of contact for all support for their matters.
Frequent contact with the COR, Government trial attorneys, client agency staff, and sometimes opposing counsel.
Responsible for planning and managing all support for the case, including monitoring workflow, progress reporting, identifying and assigning staff, budget development and tracking, coordinating technical/data processing and eDiscovery support, and obtaining other required resources.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of progressively more responsible experience on litigation support projects, eDiscovery, and E-Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
Familiarity with ESI tools, such as Relativity and Everlaw
Outstanding writing and communication skills
Two years of supervisory experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Technology Assisted Review experience valued
Trial Experience
PMP certification valued
Please be aware that while our salary ranges are wide, the salary for this position will be around $110,000-$120,000.
