About the Position: Senior Manager, People Strategy - Innovation

This is an exciting new role aligned with our Global People space, focusing on accelerating our GenAI and Innovation initiatives. As a Senior Manager of People Strategy, you will define and manage strategic innovation opportunities across GenAI, AI, and related capabilities to unlock potential across Global People. In this role, you will help us uncover and understand use cases and processes ripe for innovation, conduct business analysis to estimate ROI, drive recommendations, and oversee efforts that gain use case sponsorship.

You'll make an impact by...

  • Managing resolution of business issues by reviewing data, determining solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Driving change initiatives by identifying desired change, validating value and priority, and providing timely project management.
  • Overseeing evaluation and execution of process improvements, benchmarking competitors' programs, and providing compelling ideas and recommendations through storytelling.
  • Directing development, prioritization, and execution of key business strategies and communication, leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Executing multiple business plans and projects, identifying customer and operational needs, measuring progress, and providing resources.


You'll sweep us off your feet if...
  • You have strong business analysis skills, comfort interpreting data, and the ability to communicate business cases to effectively influence.
  • You have experience leading change and working knowledge of evolving technology including Generative AI.
  • You have experience in management consulting and/or process improvement methodologies.
