What You’ll Do

As our Director of Sales, you will:

  • Create and implement winning sales strategies to meet annual targets and accelerate growth in key markets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with top accounts, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and deepen existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage sales and expense budgets that support company goals.
  • Analyze sales data to provide insights and optimize sales strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies with market trends.
  • Mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.
  • Develop strategies to attract new customers while expanding opportunities with current clients.

What You’ll Need

  • 7+ years of sales management experience, with mandatory experience in the plumbing or HVAC industries.
  • Proven success in driving significant growth through strategic sales initiatives, particularly with plumbing wholesale accounts.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal abilities to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using spreadsheets to inform decisions.
  • Capable of delivering compelling presentations and responding to inquiries from diverse audiences.
  • A self-driven, results-focused attitude with a commitment to customer relationship building.
