What you'll do...
Participates in teams in building performance and controls by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.
Ensures customer and associate safety, while minimizing service costs, for complex problems by conducting diagnostic techniques; providing proactive solutions to problems; applying advanced programming methods; implementing solutions; and following up to ensure effectiveness of solutions.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with Managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Required skills:
- Network Switch Setup Experience: Demonstrated expertise in configuring and setting up network switches, including CISCO, Jasper, and Juniper systems, ensuring optimal performance and security in various environments.
- Project Coordination for Online Devices: Proven experience coordinating the procurement and deployment of online devices for complex projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to assess project requirements for online device integration, facilitating seamless communication to align objectives and deliver results.
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues related to network switches and online devices, utilizing technical knowledge to implement effective solutions and enhance system reliability.
- Documentation and Compliance: Experience in documenting network configurations and processes related to switch setups and online device management, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
- HVAC and Refrigeration Systems Experience: Familiarity with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, including refrigeration experience, providing additional expertise in integrating and managing network solutions that support building automation and environmental controls.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00-$45.00*
