WHO ARE CONSUMER AND CONVENIENCE?
The Consumer and Convenience landscape is an exciting, fast-paced part of our business. We combine state of the art property solutions and the latest technology with specialised supply chain services. We hold specialist licenses which allow us to store and deliver flammables, medicinal products and high proof alcohols alongside standard goods.
We run a network of revolutionary Warehouses that showcase the latest in sustainability and automation technology. We are built to deliver fast moving consumer goods and we hold an impressive customer portfolio of significant consumer household names delivering these goods into their stores. Our portfolio of services spans the entire supply chain, from consulting, planning and network design to packaging services and return logistics.
Working alongside some of the largest UK supermarkets, we offer time critical supply chain solutions for convenience retailers and small format stores in local high streets delivering products which include food (frozen, chilled and ambient), beverages and household goods.

Our UK nationwide Future Leaders Programme is all about developing Senior Leaders of the future in our operations. By working in our warehousing and transport operations we will give you the skills and experience you need to fast track your way through DHL Supply Chain. From day one, you'll take on real responsibility with a supportive culture that helps you get the most out of your time as a Graduate, whilst building on your people and stakeholder management skills and becoming an expert in all things Operations.

WORKING WEEK: ?40 – 42 hours shift patterns will apply and differ depending on your placement.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
Our application process is simple – you'll complete an online application form, then take an online strengths assessment, followed by an online job simulation. Provided you meet the required criteria, you'll then be invited to a virtual programme overview session where you can learn the details about the role you've applied to! If it's still something you're excited about, you'll be invited to an Experience Day (aka Assessment Centre) where we can meet you in person.
If you decide to make an application, please make a note of the Experience Day date as we only hold one per role.
