• Lead the team to provide timely and accurate financial reports on business performance
• Provide financial management expertise on business projects
• Provide financial, legal and tax advices in driving strategic investment decisions
• Monitor the performance of a shared service center for maintaining effective and efficient accounting activities, including accounts payable, financial reporting etc.
• Develop, implement and maintain financial controls and processes and ensure best practices
• Build and maintain effective relationship with both internal business functions and external stakeholders including banks, external auditors and tax advisers
• Drive team performance and ensure a continuous improvement culture
• 10 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and auditing with 3 years in managerial role, preferably in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies
• Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Professional accountancy qualification (CPA or equivalent) is a plus
