The Recruiter will be responsible for providing full lifecycle recruiting support for Constellis Corporate Operations. The position reports directly to the Senior Director, Recruiting. This is a Hybrid position with 2 days a week in the Herndon, VA office and 3 days remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Full lifecycle recruiting on multiple positions and managing a high volume of candidates simultaneously
Own the recruitment process from search to managing candidate relationship through offer acceptance
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract active and passive candidates to meet hiring requirements to include job posting optimization, transitioning military recruitment, social media, job fairs, job boards, and networking
Manage the candidate flow in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in accordance with company and OFCCP compliance
Screens and evaluates applicants' work history, education, training, skills, and compensation needs to obtain best match for the position
Work closely with each hiring manager to ensure job requisitions are accurate and complete, initiate an intake call, report status of current activities, and coordinate scheduling of interviews
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
Manage employment offer process; negotiate beneficial terms for manager and applicant and create offer letter
Ensure that internal and external recruiting processes are carried out in compliance with appropriate policies, guidelines, and laws
Provide guidance to supervisors and employees regarding employment policies and procedures
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop custom recruiting strategies
Manage competing priorities simultaneously.
Responsible for generating/updating recruiting reports to provide performance metrics
Recommend improved efficiencies for systems and processes and assist in changes to department procedures, policies, and forms
Be a back-up for the Talent Delivery Coordinator as needed
Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director, Recruiting
QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS degree required
2+ years of Recruiting (corporate recruiting, military recruiting, and/or staffing agency) experience
Previous experience with an applicant tracking system
Knowledge of OFCCP, legal and compliance issues in the recruiting field desired
Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting tools
Effective communication skills to interact with all levels of management and the HR team
Ability to work independently with track record of producing results in fast paced environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with applicants, internal customers, and business partners
Possess attention to detail and strong organizational skills
