Position Overview

The Vice President of Partnerships – Parking Technologies is focused on driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations with private parking companies and technology providers. This role requires expertise in understanding customer challenges, navigating complex sales cycles, and aligning ParkHub's SaaS solutions with client needs. A successful candidate will excel in building relationships with key decision-makers and delivering results within fast-paced monthly targets while fostering long-term partnerships.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic partnership plans with private parking operators and technology companies.
  • Identify and close new partnership opportunities that align with ParkHub's goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners for sustained revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to manage partnership agreements.
  • Analyze partnership performance and report progress to the SVP of Strategic Partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Represent ParkHub at industry events to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Independently develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify and secure new partners.
  • Lead face-to-face meetings with C-level executives and business leaders.
  • Maintain and grow a robust partnership pipeline.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years of successful sales, operations or business development experience; direct experience in the parking and mobility industry is required.

  • Well versed in Smart City technologies.

  • Sales experience must demonstrate ability to exceed sales targets. A strong understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply proven sales methodologies.

  • Possess ability to prospect and manage a designated territory/ businesses to maximize revenue growth.

  • Proven ability to gain access to and build trusting relationships with executive levels of an organization and interact with senior level corporate management

  • Must be comfortable with the product value proposition and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike

  • Operate with a sense of urgency, be aggressive, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude

  • Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail

  • Negotiate effectively balancing value and time to close

  • High levels of business/financial acumen and emotional intelligence

  • Possess the ability to understand client strategies and tactical requirements and to clearly articulate the company's offerings to develop solutions that deliver value

  • Advanced understanding of current web and cloud technologies

  • Ability to develop and sustain critical relationships across client and prospect base is essential

  • Proven ability to expertly use common desktop office and business technologies

  • Exceptional overall communication skills

  • Willingness to travel

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
