Transport Co-Ordinator - Military veterans preferred

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off Night shift 18:30 - 06:30

Location: Liverpool - L11 0JA

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Transport Coordinator to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Driver pre and de-briefing
• To ensure all deliveries and collections are undertaken within agreed timeframes
• Administration, including recording of drivers hours and information relating to deliveries and collections
• Assist in ensuring fleet maintenance is undertaken as per legal requirements and internal standards

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Experience of working within transport environment
• Admin and organisational skills
• Good level of IT and Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel)
• Good level of geographical knowledge preferable
