Job Description: The HR Specialist will provide support to the HR team with a primary focus in talent programs. The tasks will be related to project/program coordination/execution, facilitating, monitoring and analysis. The role works across the HR team to ensure programs and projects are executed according to plan and to help ensure a positive experience for both candidates and employees of the organization.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management or related field or equivalent work experience below.
- Candidates without a bachelor's degree must have six years of related, progressive work experience.
- Candidates with a bachelor's degree must have one year of HR or related business support experience, preferably in Talent Management.
- Strong reporting skills preferred
- Experience with coordination of early talent initiatives/programs preferred
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion preferred
- Familiarity with Handshake job marketplace preferred
- Experience in coordination of employee onboarding initiatives preferred
- Strong project coordination and planning abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a faced-paced demanding environment.
