Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Digital Communications Specialist

to join the firm as part of our Marketing Shared Services sector. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities

  • Working with the communications team, develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness by showcasing our projects, highlighting our design philosophy, and engaging our clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure the timely production and distribution of content across owned channels.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages.
  • Analyze social media data to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Assist with implementation of Employee Advocacy via social media tool.
  • Act as primary point of contact to third-party website developer and spearhead website changes under the direction of Communications Director.
  • Run data and analytics on website and provide actionable insights.
  • Update website content including insights, digital newsroom, and awards on a weekly basis.
  • Serve as the firm expert on digital platform best practices, emerging tools and trends, algorithms, etc. and champion excitement and participation across the firm.
  • Organize digital communication assets and manage toolkit for the firm including partnership with graphics and multimedia team (MediaLab).
  • Work closely with in-house graphics and multimedia teams to forecast and create compelling content that reflects the firm expertise and differentiates the brand’s thought leadership from competitors in both appearance and functionality.
  • Monitor trends, research competitors, and share insights from industry communications and marketing strategies.
  • Track performance and analyze metrics of strategies and content and provide ongoing feedback and recommendation to improve and elevate our approach.



Qualifications

  • A degree in journalism, communications, or related field is beneficial.
  • Minimum of four-to-eight years of experience supporting and growing communications function via digital media is required.
  • Agency experience is also beneficial.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to translate communication/PR materials for digital audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with good intuition.
  • Deadline driven and a commitment to clear, tangible deliverables.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and fluidly prioritize workload.
  • Entrepreneurial in spirit and opportunistic about communication tactics and strategies.
  • Avid user of diverse digital platforms including social media and web.
  • Experience managing and building an editorial calendar.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools including SproutSocial, LinkedIn, etc.
  • PR software monitoring and analytics software experience preferred.
  • Experience with Drupal and basic HTML knowledge is beneficial and preferred.
  • Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and experience in video editing, graphic design and content creation is a plus.
