Position Title:Outpatient Therapist - OP Owensboro Clinic
Location: Owensboro, KY

Job Summary:
A Therapist provides clinical services to all clients to ensure that the best possible treatment is provided to assist the client in improving their life.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and treatment planning.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deal effectively with the public.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with all clients and staff.
Must exhibit consistent mental and emotional ability to understand and perform the essential functions of the job.
Licensure and Certification:
Certification and or licensure as required by the state board of the appropriate discipline to provide clinical services (i.e. LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, or LMFTA, etc.).
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Education and Experience:
Master’s or Doctoral degree required in applicable fields as determined by funding agencies. Bachelor’s degree accepted for those employees hired before 10/01/1998.
Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience preferred, however candidates with less experience who can meet the state requirements to provide clinical services within their field will be considered.
