Responsibilities

  • Maintain and provide ownership over existing Power Apps.
  • Collaborate with automation teams to aid in the development of workflow solutions and dashboards.
  • Oversee the operational data movement and integration of data across platforms.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed by business teams to address specific problems or questions.
  • Stay updated on Power Platform features and industry best practices to apply them effectively.
  • Occasional availability on weekends may be required for critical tasks.
  • Research and implement workarounds, which may include process changes, to improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to data analysis and reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison between functional users and development teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for functional questions, coordination, and documentation of functional specifications, defects, and other inquiries.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving inconsistencies, duplicates, or errors.
  • Thoroughly test and validate report solutions prior to implementation.


Qualifications



  • Proficiency in report development tools and languages such as SQL and Python (minimum 3 years of experience).
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
  • Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros)
  • Hands-on experience in the following tools:
    • Power BI
    • Power Automate
    • SSIS
    • SSRS
  • Scripting Skills: SQL, T-SQL, Python, or Shell
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and resolve complex business and organizational challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong sense of teamwork and cross-functional cooperation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Flexibility to assist with diverse user requests and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.
  • A professional, positive attitude with a results-driven mindset and a strong attention to detail.
