Responsibilities:

  • Support both NCAA/Bowl/Properties and Non-Apparel divisions
  • Process artwork submissions for NCAA/Bowl/Properties licensees
  • Ensure licensees remain current with insurance, review insurance documents, and update the system accordingly
  • Ensure licensees are current on royalty reporting and assist with royalty reporting questions
  • Create weekly review agendas (ensure all required elements are included with requests)
  • Allocate payments (checks/wires) to pending invoices, renewals, shortfalls, licensing agreements, etc.
  • Monthly Unearned List Reconciliation
  • Process Refund Requests
  • Establish relationships with the Royalty Operations team and communicate regularly on finance-related issues
  • Category deep-dive data analysis
  • Assist with special projects (i.e. data entry assistance, etc.)
  • Assist with data analysis and program implementation
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, addenda sending, etc.
  • Release decisions in Brand Manager 360 to licensees
  • Confirm Non-Apparel strategic brand management licensees are current with the FLA registration and all applicable documents are uploaded in Brand Manager 360
  • Other duties to be assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent job experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Customer Service focus
  • Overtime required occasionally
