• Collection of outstanding invoices from our direct-to-market customers, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Effective follow up of customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding collections activities
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
• Assess referred orders for release, ensuring the timely release of orders in line with specific cut-off times.
• Completion of month-end processes

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have previous experience within a high-volume credit environment, or a similar financial role
• Be proficient in accounting software (Oracle preferred but not essential) and MS Office packages
• Take an analytical approach and have the ability to make sound decisions
• Be an effective communicator with advanced people skills, and the ability to influence
