Position Summary:

We are seeking a Consultant I to join our Customer Success Team focused on EDI Testing and Certification. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to develop standardized solutions for our customers. You will research, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer issues related to change events. Additionally, you will manage escalated events as needed.

EDI Testing (Testing & Certification) is a unique team within implementation that makes a large impact on suppliers who need to test and certify doing EDI with SPS Commerce. Remaining customer focused, this team gets great exposure by working with many other areas of the business to Succeed Together - sales, customer success managers, and technology teams to name a few.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems to complete implementation projects.
  • Consult with clients to analyze their operational needs and understand business objectives.
  • Inform customers and stakeholders of project progress and track implementation to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Perform initial technical implementation of technology products and address scheduling issues.

Location:

This role is hybrid in our Minneapolis office, the team is in-office 2 days per week.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to achieve desired results.
