Position Overview: Quality Street Equipment & Materials is currently in search of a Consolidated Rental Program Coordinator with experience in Light Equipment, and to serve our equipment operations throughout the appointed region. This role will be experienced in Light Equipment and facilitate equipment needs and selection, third-party rental vendors to source and secure equipment, equipment requests, scheduling, safety protocols, troubleshooting and repair and maintenance.
Who we want… (Requirements)
· Process a high volume of jobsite rental requests from the Gray Family of Companies.
· Serve as the secondary point of contact and equipment expert for project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of equipment availability, timely delivery, and operational support.
· Assist in the identification and procurement of rental equipment, aligning with project-specific requirements and timelines.
· Coordinate project containers, and the shipping and logistics of site equipment and jobsite materials.
· Update online portals with rental equipment information.
· Remain compliant with all safety standards and practices for equipment operation, maintenance, and storage.
· Ensure optimal care and use of all core fleet equipment.
· Maintain the relationships with our Strategic Partners, vendors, and third party fuel suppliers.
· Familiarity with equipment management software and data reporting to track utilization, maintenance records, and metrics.
· May serve as a backup for the Program Manager, CRP in his absence.
· Any other related office, field, and or reporting duties required for success of the project(s) are required.
What we expect… (Essential Functions)
· A Bachelor’s Degree Logistics/Supply Chain Management (or closely related field), and 3+ years of related equipment experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Demonstrated proficiency in equipment, including management, inventory, and all related functions.
· Industry knowledge of rental equipment vendors and dealerships throughout the designated region.
· Ability to work extended hours as required by projects schedules or urgent circumstances.
· Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time (in-state and out-of-state).
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
· Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC is a plus.
· Familiarity with Sage Estimating and Planswift is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Effective planning and resource management skills.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Specific vision abilities include accurate near and distant vision.
Frequently in a normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions. May be exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold and/or heat, risk of electrical shock, explosives and vibrations. Noise level on the job site is normally moderate to loud.
